Support the ERM team in day-to-day Enterprise Risk Management and Fraud Risk Management activities.

Support implementation of enterprise risk and fraud risk management guidelines across the organization.

Assist in monitoring, reporting, analysis, and implementation of ERM and fraud risk management frameworks.

Prepare periodic KRI reports, risk papers, dashboards, and management reports.

Support development of risk analytics, early-alert indicators, and dashboards for proactive risk monitoring.

Assist in monitoring fraud incidents, risk events, control gaps, and mitigation actions.

Support the ERM Lead in fraud investigations/enquiries, including data analysis, documentation, report preparation, and follow-up.

Assist in developing and improving processes and controls to prevent and mitigate fraud risks.

Assist in organizing risk awareness, training, and risk culture initiatives.

The position will support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Fraud Risk Management functions in strengthening the organization’s risk governance, monitoring, and control environment.

Bachelor/Honors

At least 2 Years Experience.

2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Applicants should have experience in Banks or Investment/Merchant Banking.
