Responsibilities & Context
People Management and Effective Communication:
Manage existing SAM clients to reduce the NPL ratio and maintain regular negotiation.
Stay in round-the-clock contact with existing SAM clients regarding policy changes, NPL recovery, restructuring or rescheduling, smooth service, and critical recovery cases.
Identify key areas for overall NPL recovery and maintain effective communication between management and SAM clients.
Review and Monitoring of Critical Accounts & Write-off Clients:
Negotiate effectively with write-off clients and conduct visits and calls to support write-off recovery.
Ensure detailed review, timely collection, and monitoring of critical accounts, especially write-off clients, against target amounts and deadlines.
Forecasting Future NPL Summary & Legal Compliance:
Analyze each source of information to forecast the future NPL summary.
Communicate with assigned lawyers regarding proper documentation for accounts under litigation or legal action and represent IPDC in court when required.
Maintain recovery strategy, allocate tasks, and prepare management memos.
Prepare recovery strategies to achieve recovery targets.
Allocate strategic tasks among department members and motivate the team to achieve recovery targets.
Prepare settlement, write-off, reschedule, restructure, and other important memos for management and the Executive Committee.
Visit overdue clients, maintain good communication, and alert them to settle overdue or outstanding amounts to avoid further legal action.
Keep SAM clients under regular inquiry, identify reasons for overdue accounts, trace current premises or absconding clients, and take appropriate recovery action.
Pursue complete solutions through collection, account settlement, restructuring, or rescheduling while maximizing organizational profit.
Maintain good communication with branches and related departments including Operations, Legal, and CRM.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and perform group visits when required.
Job Context
The position is responsible for effective and fruitful relationship management with SAM clients, reducing non-performing loans (NPL), and handling write-off accounts.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
At least 6 Years Experience.
Other Requirements
6 to 12 years of relevant experience.
Applicants should have experience in Banks.
